New Beginning Way of the Cross Church

Church administration provides service to the Body of Christ which involves the wise stewardship of God’s resources for the accomplishment of the work of ministry.  Church administration or management has to do with the organization of church ministry, and with the operations that govern that organization.  Church Administration is a means for serving the people of God effectively, while making efficient use of resources in a manner that glorifies God. Church administration involves procedures, processes, and techniques that provide the organizational structure for ministry.  Those in the administration ministry are called to show the love of Jesus in many ways through work in the church. The major responsibility is to assist the Pastor and church by the management of church affairs.
